How to make Potato Peel Pie

For the crust:

1 potato grated
1 onion, grated

1 precooked beetroot, grated 

For the filling: 

4 potatoes 

Guernsey cream

Guernsey cheddar cheese

Grate the potato ,onion and pre cooked beetroot mix together with an egg white and two tea spoons flour. Tip into pastry tin and push down as you would with pastry. Cook 180' 45-50 min.

For the potato filling make mashed potato by boiling peeled potatoes for around 20 minutes and mash until smooth, add in cream, chop chives and mix with potato. pour mix into already cooked base, smooth out and sprinkle some cheddar cheese. Pop back in the oven for around 20 mins
